Relative Dynamics (RD) is proud to be a 2024 Supply Drive Partner of Volunteers of America for Operation Backpack Charity Drive  RD partnered with the Volunteers of America and participated in the charity event Operation Backpack.

Our employees demonstrated incredible dedication and enthusiasm, making a significant impact on the lives of underprivileged children.   We helped Operation Backpack hit a new 15-year record! Already, $74,538 has been raised to provide the supplies and support kids need to succeed! That's 149% of the original $50,000 goal! Each RD Team member contributed by donating and assembling backpacks with essential school supplies such as notebooks, pens/pencils, pencil pouches, folders, crayons, markers, erasers, etc.  

The collective effort of our employees for a successful event not only highlighted the spirit of giving but also fostered a strong sense of community and teamwork within the company. Relative Dynamics is committed to social responsibility and the power of collective action in making a difference in the community.

What are some of the things you look forward to most in your job?
I look forward to talking with folks during audits, whom I don't normally see or interface with on a day-to-day basis. Having been at NASA Wallops for over 20 years, Ihave worked with 80% of the ROC team in some capacity in the past and we like to catch up. Another thing I enjoy is introducing new processes that make tasks easier, especially when they are well received by the PMO, such as the newsletter.
